How to use?

  • Cake:
    Ingredients: 200 gm flour + 80 gm starch + 250 gm sugar + 350 gm eggs + 20 gm baking powder + 100 gm water + 20-25 gm cake gel Mix all components together then add water gradually and stir 4-5 minutes.
    Bake for 35 minutes at temperature of 180 C.

  • English Cake:
    Ingredients: 250 gm flour + 250 gm butter + 200 gm sugar + 225 gm eggs + 15 gm baking powder + 60 gm water + 15 gm cake gel. Mix all components together, then add water gradually and stir 4-5 minutes.
    Bake for 50 minutes at temperature of 180 C.
